Project Support — Traditionally referred to as IT staffing or staff augmentation, SPS-C provides individuals or teams to client IT projects to help deliver specific application components or fulfill particular project functions. In these situations the customer maintains responsibility and control for project management and deliverables.

Project Manager Staffing — We provide project leadership with or without other SPS-C technical professionals assigned to the project. Our project managers perform the role of facilitator, and the customer retains control and responsibility for deliverables and results.

Onsite Projects —SPS-C works at the customer location, with responsibility for deliverables. SPS-C supplies the majority of the project team's skills and personnel. The customer often provides some subject-matter expertise and technical support to facilitate the transition to post-implementation operations and maintenance.

Offsite Projects —SPS-C works offsite, with responsibility for deliverables. Our primary offsite work facility is our Portland IT Center, where our proven methodologies and controls enable us to provide our customers quality results in a secure environment. As with onsite project work, the customer often provides some subject-matter expertise and technical support to facilitate the transition to post-implementation operations and maintenance. SPS-C can set up customer-dedicated offsite facilities near customer locations.

 Vendor Services  Through our vendor management program, SPS-C serves as the single point-of-contact for all of your requirements for IT contractors. All IT support vendors work through SPS-C, receiving your requirements from us. We handle all administrative matters for you, and work with the other vendors to ensure that all contractors meet our customer's standards. You deal with one vendor, SPS-C, for all of your IT contractor needs, while retaining access to the full range of resources offered by many vendors.

Custom Application Development — We have a wealth of experience helping customers develop large, complex applications such as electronic purchasing systems, decision support systems, and customer call-center and care-center applications.

Package Applications — Our complete ERP services for SAP, PeopleSoft, and Oracle applications are supported by hundreds of experienced consultants.

Application Support — SPS-C has in-depth capabilities in platform migration and software maintenance. We have extensive experience and expertise in mass-change projects.

E-Business — SPS-C offers a full range of e-business solutions from website design through full implementation of complete e-business solutions.
